TTC After a Loss

Anyone have dry skin, headaches, thirsty and very moody?

I had my 2nd m/c a little over 2 weeks ago naturally and have had migraine headaches, really dry skin, and very irritable.  I normally am not a headache person and don't take meds unless absolutely needed but I'm about to pop some tylenol.  Anyone else have headaches, really thirsty and dry skin post m/c?  I guess its those whacky hormone changes.  I hope to be getting back to feeling some what normal soon!  Hope everyone had a good Easter!!!

  • Yes and yes, but probably mostly from too much wine and AF coming are my excuses. I'm not helpful :)

  • I've  had wicked dehydration for a while now, but I attribute it to my poor diet.

The dehydration can also be the source of the headaches, so make sure you keep yourself hydrated.

  • Have you had your thyroid checked? Also, like PP's said, stay hydrated with a minimum of 64 oz of water per day.

  • I've had horrible headaches after both of my m/cs. I drink a ton of water normally, so that's not really different for me. Hope it gets better soon. Sorry for your loss.

  • I've literally been lathering my hands with lotion every night and putting socks over them while I sleep so it soaks in.  Ironically I had the same issue after I had my son - so I definitely think it's hormone related.
