Sunflower seeds ?

Ok, my new thing is sunflower seeds. I CAN NOT stop eating them. I feel like I have no taste buds left on my tongue, but they are so good I can't help it.

Do you think they have too much sodium and I should quit eating them?

I have been trying to drink extra water since eating them, but I still think maybe they can't be that good to eat all the time.

Otherwise, eh. If they hit the spot, they hit the spot. Next week you probably won't even be able to stand the sight of them, if you're anything like me.

This^ Plus they are good for you so I really wouldn't be concerned too much.

I added my own salt, just a little though. My blood pressure has been a little high at the doctors so I am trying my best to watch. I really don't want to have an problems.

They were a reccomended fat in my GD nutrition class.
