  Nasty! Luckily my dd rarely spits up, even though she has reflux, she tends to swallow it back down. My dad always talks about flying me over his head and I spit up all in his mouth.

  I feel your pain. That happened to me a few days ago when I thought it was a brilliant idea to play airplane with DD shortly after she ate.
