Another overdue check in....

Who's still here and wat are the eviction plans?

Im at 41w 5d and have my next appts (NST and BPP) Friday....doc will begin induction next Monday night if she doesn't show on her own.  Trying everything under the sun: sex, walking, spicy food, the labor cake, and labor-inducing cream cheese (don't ask!)!!!

    I'm lurking from April. I was due the 1st. Waiting sucks!!! I've tried the same as you, plus yoga ball, jumping jacks (although they make me a little nervous), a "curb walking" (literally walking half on the curb and half on the road to move your hips), dancing... My last hope is the Full Moon on Friday!!!! Fingers Crossed for both of us!

    I am being induced tomorrow.  I think. I call at 630 am, and go in at 715 as long as the mat. ward is not too busy.  I am not going to be happy if I call in the morning and they say it's too busy!

    Still here! 40 wks 5 days.

    I too have an NST on Thursday and they'll check amniotic fluid levels. Another also set up for Monday - from there we discuss induction. Sigh.

    I too am hoping for some Friday full moon magic... That has been MH's guess the whole time - April 6th. I had been hoping for sooner - easy for him to say, he doesn't have to be pregnant! :)

    I'm lurking from April too and I've tried all those things too, cream cheese included (this morning!). So far, nothing, booo! It didn't work w/ DS#2 either but 2 of my friends went into labor just hours after using it, plus I figure anything w/in reason is worth a try! But I guess the bottom line is it's not really up to us!!

    Anyway, just wanted to say I feel your pain and good luck - I guess no matter what it will be any day now!! :)

    I of course am still here too!  I have been having some mild contractions - nothing uncomfortable or timeable.  I really think that I am going to be the last to go.  Have an appt tomorrow, but just for the usual stuff.  I won't even get a NST or start talking about induction till next Monday!

    still here :( last night my contractions were at 25 minutes apart..  at about 5 this morning they got to 10 minutes apart- so I stayed out of work getting things ready for the hospital, just to have them taper off around noon! UGH! They are still coming, but not really timeable anymore.. so ready for this to be over- stubborn little girl!

    Millbury is still close by! Did you grow up in the area?  I am due the 9th, so not overdue yet but I had both of my boys almost a week early so I thought that baby #3 might come even sooner but no such luck!

    Good luck to you these next few days, I hope s/he gets here soon and quickly!

    Still here - induction set for 5:30 on Thursday morning. Still hoping for a VBAC.

    Sending big hugs to you all!! My advice is to try acupuncture. I seriously think it kicked my booty into gear. I got it done Thursday, and was "barely a fingertip" at the time and was having pretty much NO signs of anything. I lost my plug the next morning (Friday) and began having a ton of random, painful contractions that continued until labor officially began on Sunday night!

    Still pregnant :( I've done EVERYTHING! I've been walking, stairs, hills, sex, acupressure, acupuncture, castor oil (worst idea ever), ball bouncing. My little guy is still comfortable. I go in on Friday for NST, and ultrasound. Monday we will start talking induction, but I hope he comes before then. Really hoping the full moon will help.

I've got to be honest that I'm bummed that we have to go this way and that my dr won't let me go any longer... but I've literally tried EVERYTHING under the sun with absolutely no progress or anything at all. The good news is baby is looking healthy and ready to make it's debut! I can't wait to meet my little one and see what it is already!
