    Baby 411 is the best one for general baby things for the first year IMO.

    We used Dr. Ferber's book for sleep stuff..  but you really can't do much sleep training stuff until ~6 months.  I've heard good things about Happiest Baby on the Block, but we didn't use it with DS.

    I got baby 411 and happiest baby on the block when DS was born and really liked both.
