Bed Rest

Hello everyone! I am 4weeks and 4 days pregnant and on bed rest due to bad cramping .It hurt so bad that i could hardly walk. I am not having any bleeding tho. I had a miscarriage July of 09.  Any one ever gone through this? Any tips?

    Have you called your OB? Some cramping is normal but cramping bad enough you have to stay in bed is not normal. Bleeding or not I would definitely see what your OB thinks and try and get in to see them.

    Started TTC #2 07/2013 ~ BFP #2 10/11/2013-EDD based on growth is June 26th

    Liam born by Repeat C-Section on June 20, 2014 @ 8lbs 2oz 20.75 inches

    Is this self diagnosed best red or Dr prescribed ? I had bad cramping at 6 wks and my Dr made me come...Bed rest at 4 weeks to me is a little...odd...

    That's what I was going to ask.. Did your OB put you on bedrest or did you decide that? I was on bedrest w/ my first child because I was bleeding (no cramping tho), but my OB decided that, not me...

    My OB told me if i get any pains (do to past mc) to be on bed rest as long as I am having pains. ill see a new OB coming soon.

    I would think that wouldn't be considered bed rest, more like just sitting down and taking it easy.

    I would call to make an appt with a doc that doesn't seem normal to me at all.
