There is really no point to this other than the fact that I'm feeling sappy and wanted to share. Dh's Grandma is hands down the sweetest, most loving person that I have ever met. I want to be just like her when I am 80. She sent out the email below and it made me start bawling. She is extremely wealthy but lives in a modest house and spends all of her money on her family (9 kids and 27 grandkids) and giving to charity (dh does her taxes.) As I worry constantly over all of the financial matters that come along with losing a child, this helped me remember what truly matters.
To all my grandchildren where ever they are, Happy Easter. I still remember the egg hunts and wish I had you all back just one more time, but I have wonderful memories. The cutest and brightest kids in the whole world and we were blessed with them.I just read something about what to do with your money, build memories.Everything else will be gone but not your memories and Pops and I have been given so many special memories thanks to all of you and you are still continuing. So remember this beautiful season of Easter and what it means , we have life everlasting. Don't forget God who loves you even more than we do.Pops and Grandma
