Gift idea for Pregnant SIL

After TTC for about 2 years, my brother and SIL are 4 months pregnant!!! With my son, they went above and beyond and got us a newborn photography session (something I LOVED, but might not have splurged on for myself). Any ideas on a creative gift that I can do for them?
