Has anyone else noticed the looks?

At this rate I'm going to start yelling things like. "Excuse me.. my eyes are up HERE!" I don't think anyone has looked me in the eyes in the last month. One guy ran into a door because he was looking. I'm beginning to feel like a sideshow. I don't think anyone has even noticed that my boobs went up a cup size. All they can look at is the bump!

Maybe when we come back from easter break I'll start writing messages on it. At least I can say none of my co-workers have made any comments about how there must be twins in there. I get those from my DH.

    My favorites are the side-eye looks. Um, no, you are NOT being subtle about checking out my belly--you're just making yourself look kind of creepy. 

    I'm in grad school and I get a LOT of looks walking across campus ... I think baby bumps are a real novelty for most of the undergrad students. :-P

    I teach a college class, and there are at least 3 girls in my class who just sit and stare at my belly for an hour and 20 minutes... IDK what they're expecting to see it do, but it's kind of awkward. That's anotehr reason why my popped bellybutton bothers me - I feel like it draws more attention (the way that nipples showing through the shirt do when you're cold).

    I was just talking to my preggers SIL about the same thing. Everyone's eyes go directly to the belly. It creeps me out too!

    I had to go to the BMV today to renew my tags. The whole 20 minutes I had to sit and wait this creeper stared at me the whole time. I even caught him a couple of times and he continued to stare! 

    Look at my face people!!! NOT my belly. Thanks!

    I know! That's what is confusing to me. There are and have been pregnant women around before. Why do people look at you like it's the first pregnant women they've seen?

    I noticed in the beginning everyone keeping a close eye on the belly to see when I would start showing, but I definitely get lots of looks while I am out shopping. I bet they are thinking, "She will probably have that baby any minute!" I had the cashier at the grocery store comment on my belly, and I actually enjoy it when people acknowledge it!

    When people see my belly, they always kind of smile, so I guess I don't mind it too much. I do feel very conspicuous, though. It would be nice to just walk around without my belly drawing attention to itself.

    I get these looks at work all the time.. the side eye... i wanna say just take a good look you don't gotta hide it
