I guess in all reality, my appointment this morning went well. She said my male hormones, milking hormones, etc etc all looked good. She said based off my progesterone levels, she thinks I ovulated right around the time I had my blood drawn. (Which my temps last month would indicate I did). She said there was a lot of follies in my ovaries and she thinks that's fine. She said she wouldn't call the cyst on my one ovary a cyst, but she'd classify it as a dominant follicle that was growing.
She said my uterus was tipped and that could be either part of my anatomy or as a result of some scar tissue pulling. Which brought up a bit of concern because, uh, I did have an STI in the past (cured with antibiotics) but there IS a possibility I could have some scaring from the previous infection and that may present problems. That can only be confirmed surgically, however, and we decided now is not the time for that.
She also attributes the better cycle I had last month to my taking Vitex and thinks that it has helped my levels and helped me to start "normalizing," so I should continue with it. She also wants to see some serious weight loss. :
That being said, she ordered a SA to rule out any potential issues on DHs side.
So.... I guess this is all good stuff? Right? I suppose when we feel confident, we will keep trying. Thank you for the T&Ps everyone, I really appreciate it!!!!
Re: The doctor's opinion has been declared.
Good news! It seems like things are moving in the right direction for both you and DH.
I have a tipped ute too. It's just my anatomy, I've always had it.
My Dr. didn't seem too concerned about it. He said it shouldn't effect our ability to conceive and won't cause any problems for future pgs.

Sorry to hear you did not get all your answers (still questions about your ute I'm guessing until you get a hysteroscopy or laparoscopy), but the answers you did get sound good!
Do you have PCOS? I remember you saying you either had it or your doctor thought you had it, but I can't remember
Glad your appointment went well! Sounds like there are a few things that perhaps could be followed up on, but largely everything was great!
And who knew tipped utes were as common? I'm also a member of that club, and my OB was also not concerned about it. Some people just have them.
