contractions from yeast infection?

Hey there.  I had some contractions last night and throughout the day, so I went in to get checked out.  They confirmed my contractions and discovered a yeast infection.  They told me to push fluids and gave me an antibiotic with instructions to come back if contractions worsened or didn't go away by next week.  Anyone else had contractions from this or a UTI?  After the infection was resolved did the contractions stop?  TIA!

    I'm going through this right now actually. I got very sick and landed in the hospital for 4 days. I have been dealing with pre-term labour for two weeks before this as well.
    Well they found a bladder infection and started me on antibotics, which then messed up my flora and gave me a yeast infection. The joys.
    My contractions have slowed down hugely now that things are mostly under control.

    Yep! I had contractions from both a UTI and then yeast infection. As soon as both cleared up, contractions went away.
