great pregnancy book

Someone on here recommended the Mayo Clinic Guide to a Healthy Pregnancy and I have to second that recommendation. I just got it in the mail a couple days ago, and I'm really digging it.  It's got a good mix of fun facts and scientifically sound information.  I wondered if I'd need a book, since there's so much information on the web, but I'm glad I got it.  It's already been handy to reference!

  • I have the Mayo book from last time.  I loved it!  I gave away all my other books to my friend when she got pregnant, but I kept that one.

  • I was hoping that was the book this post would be about. Any time anyone asks for a pregnancy book recommendation, that's the first and only one I name. It's great. I only wish I had read the part on c-sections a little more thoroughly before DD came since I ended up having an unplanned one.
