It's Official - I'm a PD Parent Educator

I finished the workshop this afternoon & I'm officially a Certified Positive Discipline Parent Educator!
I was supposed to do this last year but cancelled because I was still in recovery mode from the whole PPD/PPA crisis, & I had to wait another year for the class to be offered locally. I may not work with it much right away as I'm going to be focused on pregnancy & newborn stuff for a little awhile, but I'm really glad I took this class & I can't wait to help others learn about PD.

Thats awesome! I recently came across the books and am so happy I found them.
What can you do when you are certified? Will you teach other parents or be a consultant of sorts? Sounds like a great opportunity!

These classes look really interesting, I will have to look into them more. I have a few PD books but H isn't big on reading books on parenting so perhaps a class would be a better fit for him to learn more too.
