Yes... I admit I watch it.
I almost punched the girl through the TV (surprisingly she made it through almost the entire episode before I felt this way). Essentially, she and her sister found out they were pregnant around the same time. Her sister got an abortion and she chose to keep her baby. Apparently this is when her boyfriend "tricked her" into thinking things were going to be great and they were going to have a family, yada yada. Well of course, the guy didn't show up as a dad at all (though he was pissed that she didn't give the baby his last name...typical guy). So later on in the episode she is doing it "on her own" (aka-- getting all the money, supplies, etc she needs from her mom and taking care of HER baby). She gets frustrated at one point and is sitting with her sister and says that while she "doesn't regret anything" she wished she had had an abortion since her bf wasn't there to help her. SERIOUSLY? I am 110% pro-choice but this pissed me off so badly. You made a decision to keep your child and now you are going on national TV, where your child could see the episode someday, and saying that now you don't want your kid. If I could have punched her I would have. Vent over
Re: Ugh 16 and pregnant... (spoiler)
I would like to think this was the case. My SIL was in a very very bad place when she got pregnant at 19, and considered abortion. She didn't, and now can't believe she had ever even thought about it. She tells anyone, and everyone, that her daughter saved her life and that she couldn't imagine life without her, even though it hasn't been easy.

It never ceases to amaze me how many women (especially young girls) buy into the crap about him always being there for you. I'm sorry, but unless you're in a mature, committed relationship (with or without legal marriage) you, as a woman, need to make your decisions based on you and that child. Be willing to do it all alone and be grateful for the one who steps up to be a dad.
I can't watch that show because I just get so damned mad at those girls.
