39 weeks 3 days-3 cm, 85% eff, 2nd kid

in 3rd Trimester
i know this generally doesnt mean anything but dr said my water bag was bulging and i was def having this kid soon. anyone experience this? Go into labor within 48 hrs? I obviously know im close, and being my second kid i should just try to relax but im so busy at work (yes still working) and im just wondering others experiences! THANKS

    With #2 I as 3cm dialated at 39w 1d and 70% eff and went into labor 4 days later.   

    GL - Sounds like it could be soon!

    Sorry to be bad news fairy.  With my second, I was almost 4 cm dilated and 90% effaced and the midwife at my doctor's office told me I would be in the hospital in the next day or two.  Little B came almost two full weeks later (and past the due date...grrr!) You just never know what those little babies have planned!

    In the same boat! I was 3cm 70% last week...still no baby and second kid....And its driving me crazy!! Tomorrow is my EDD....so I guess im going to have another late baby :(

    ug...im a bm in a wedding on the 21st so i am trying not to worry too much, i really dont want to get induced. Fingers crossed baby comes soon!!

    I dilated for about a month slowly- was 4 cms for at least 4 days,doc thought for sure in the next couple days, but yeah- 4 days at least.   But keep in mind since you are almost 1/2 way dilated, it'll probably go fast!  By the time I made it to my hospital room, she was out in 15 minutes!!

    Yeah, I walked around 4 cm for several weeks with my third and was induced at 41 weeks.  If my doc had told me my bag was bulging I would have been like "then pop it already!" lol.  It really could be any minute now, or 3 weeks away.  Just keep on walking and hope you are luckier than me!
