I made ours on tiny prints, but I don't have a copy of it to PIP. It has one large photo and four small ones on the right side. The wording was what I really loved, though. I feel like we got a good ballance between screaming that we adopted and misleading people. Everyone who got an announcement knew us well enough to know we were adopting. Here is what it said:
We did ours on Mixbook. Pink damask was the style. It has all of the typical birth announcement stuff/ info, but then we added:
On the front:
"My heart whispered your name... And God answered." and added photos I have taken of her.
On the back:
"We are overjoyed to announce God's gift to our family through the miracle of adoption and the journey of faith." and added our names and a picture of the three of us

Ours was done by our photographer- I can't find the proof at the moment. The front had a photo of her, her name, dob, weight, length, time of birth. The back had a family photo of all of us that said- welcomed with love by (our first/last names) and our dogs name (she was in the photo).
This was ours. We ordered it from someone I found on Etsy. I loved the announcement in the end, but I didn't love dealing with the woman who had the shop. She didn't sent the announcements when she said she did, and I had to email her multiple times about it.
We didn't really use any adoption-specific wording on it, but everyone we sent it to knew we were adopting

We did announcements after DD's adoption was finalized- I don't have it saved on my computer- but our photographer designed it- it was pink and brown and had a photo of DD on it- it said "the best things in life are worth waiting for"
it is with happy hearts we annouce the adoption of Claire Anne.
then it had her birthdate and her adoption date.
everyone loved them!

I couldn't afford to actually buy that one (or at least I couldn't justify paying that much) so I recreated it using Microsoft Publisher and printed them on a good color printer. I even printed a full sized photo on the other side since the photo on the front is little.
