Got to see a heartbeat :) Only 6 weeks along instead of 9!

I was so thrilled and relieved to get to see a little heart beating on the screen this afternoon. My OB said, "Well, you're DEFINITELY not 9 weeks." She measured me to be 6 w 3 d, but I go back in two weeks for another u/s to be sure. Either way, I'm still due in November, so cheers to that :)

    I should be 9 weeks and am also 6 weeks instead! glad I'm not the only one out there!! :)

    Wow that is awesome news!!! How is one off by 3 weeks does it mean that you got your bfp much later? Cuz for me since I was TTC I know exactly when the baby was conceived because I was doing OPK's and monitoring etc. I guess if you weren't on top of your cycle then you wouldn't have  a clue? 

     

    Either way it's such wonderful news!! This is my second pregnancy. The first time around I never saw a heartbeat so this is really outstanding!! Yay!!

    Congrats on hearing the heartbeat. I am going on Monday to hear the heartbeat and I'm really excited. I'll be 6w3d.

    Clomid - 50 mg + Met June & July 2011 - BFN
    Clomid - 100 mg + Met September 2011 - BFN
    Clomid - 150 mg + Met Oct & Nov 2011 - +OPK - BFN
    HSG - clear S/A - normal
    IUI #1 - Clomid 150 mg/Ovidrel/Met - February, 2012 - BFN
    IUI #2 - Clomid 150 mg/Ovidrel/Met - March, 2012 - BFP!!!  EDD 11/29/12

    Daughter born on 11/6/12

     

    TTC #2 since 5/14

    9/14 - D&C / Hysteroscopy

    11/14 - Met / Clomid 100 mg - BFN

    12/14 - Met / Clomid 100 mg / Ovidrel / Acupuncture - BFN

    1/15 - Met / Clomid 100 mg / Ovidrel - IUI #1 - ???

    Congrats!  That's so exciting to hear the heartbeat.  My first appt is on Monday and I'll be 6w4d.   Now you have an extra 3 weeks to prepare :)

    Congratulations!!! With my first, I went in for my NT scan, and they couldn't do it because I was off by nearly 3 weeks as well.  It's was slightly disheartening because I was so excited to be almost in the 2nd trimester, and there I was, back at 9 weeks, but such is life!

    How exciting that you at least got to see the heartbeat!!!  Yay!
