BBT adjuster?

Have you seen this site?  https://www.whenmybaby.com/basalbodytemperature.php

would you consider this legit enough to use when charting on those days when you dont temp at the right time? a few times a week i wake up an hour or two before my alarm clock goes off. i was wondering if you all knew if there was any information that backs the time adjustment up.

thanks

  • I agree with the other ladies - just put your actual temp/time in fertility friend and go from there. I'm not convinced that adjusted temps are accurate.

  • I tried using it last cycle and it put my ovulation day before I even had a positive OPK. Like other posters have said, I wouldn't bother using it. Just put a note in the FF notes section.
