NIFVR: Tech-y Ladies...come in!

I know some of you have short clips that run in a loop in your siggy and I'm wondering how you do that or where you get them.  I'm not looking for one for my siggy - I need one for something for work.

I'm looking to have the last 10 seconds of Footloose (the original version) play in a loop.... any thoughts?

  • if you can find a digital file online you can edit it in iMovie or a similar program.  What do you need it for?  (website, presentation, etc..)

  • Google "animated GIF" or "make animated GIF from movie clip", there are lots of ways to create them, but I don't know what software you have access to, and there are some websites I think that generate them.

You can extract the clip from a DVD or if someone posted it on YouTube, but it requires some hackishness... Good luck.
