I think this is the right bored for me to join in at this point.  I just broke up with my boyfriend of six years about two weeks ago and we are about to go through the talk of how to split the time with our daughter who is 13 months.  I'm really struggling right now with everything and would appreciate any words of encouragement that things do work out.  Thanks everyone.

    Good luck! Im sure it wont be easy. My only suggestion is to get a court order, so things can run as smoothly as possinble.  I hope you guys can come to some good decisions for what is best for everyone involved.

    You may want to join the single parent board also. They have lots of great ladies that have been in your shoes but stick around here also.
