I got a jumpstart on the workout today and you do need hand weights. I used soup cans today, so if you need weights you have some time to pick them up.
As a side note, I simultaneously love and hate Jillian Michaels...what a good workout.

I had a c- section and I felt fine doing I...out if breath, but fine. I was cleared for all physical activity and my doc said just to not "push it". I did levelm1 with some extra breaks and am easing myself in. Check with your doc and join in if you have the okay!
Oh, my section was the first week of Feb so I am nearly 8 weeks recovered...
