  A rash after certain vaccines is normal. I can't remember which ones typically cause the rash but I do remember being told by the nurse after my kids got certain vaccines that it was a common side effect for a rash to pop up 3-4 days after the shots where they got the needle. I wouldn't worry unless it starts spreading or she starts feeling sick, etc.

  She probably just had an allergic reaction. If she develops a fever with the rash, I would definitely call your pedi.

  Thank you guys, I am keeping an eye on it and put in a call to the pediatrician to call me when they open tomorrow so I can make sure it's normal. This didn't happen with her first round and she got the same vaccinations.

  Same thing happened to DD. No rash at 2m but a small rash on her thighs after 4m. Pedi said it was normal and as long as it wasn't spreading and she didn't have any other symptoms it was fine.
