Bleeding after bleeding has stopped from D&C?? TMI warning
I had a d&c on the 23rd (last Friday) and stopped bleeding probably about Monday or Tuesday. Yesterday I had cramping that felt like ovulating and when I was out tonight I went to the bathroom and had brown blood (not enough to need a liner or pad), but now it looks like it's changing over to red so it's this weird shade of maroon and is enough to need a pad/liner (don't know which yet...).
I took a HPT last night and got a very faint positive. What could this be? Could it be my period this early??

maybe that's it. I called my doctor and he said it's normal, and as long as I'm not running a fever it's ok. I had something that looked like old blood clots (yuck!) so that's probably what it is--my uterus forcing out remaining contents.
I had probably been less active or as active today as I had been the past few days. I have been trying to walk about 30 minutes a day every day and hadn't done that today, but maybe doing that finally caught up with me.

JMy post d&c bleeding: 2 days just spotting, 1 day heavy bleeding, 2-3 days light. 1-1/2 weeks of spotting which finally ceased when I started to get fertile CM, then ovulated. 2 weeks later AF, which was on the light side.
Your body needs time to gear up to ovulate. It will try and make a full cycle, but it can take time after surgery for your body to kick the appropriate hormones into gear.
The positive your getting is lingering pregnancy hormones.
