I was just wondering if after your IUI did your RE tell you to limit your activity or anything? I know with IVF some RE's have very specific "rules" but I was wondering if any of your RE's did the same for IUI. My doctor did not have me limit anything and my niece has been in town so we have been pretty busy. Just hope that I have not overdone it.
Thanks for any insight.

The only restrictions I had were to stop doing hot yoga because it mimics a fever for your body. But I know that some people even continue to do that.
Good Luck!!

I wouldn't worry too much about the stress. Yes, it's bad to continually stress, but once or twice shouldn't hurt.
2 days before my IUI, our house was broken into and ransacked. Then we had rehearsals for a concert everyother day plus the week before Spring Break stress of keeping kids focused enough for finals, then report cards, and the concert. To top it all off, MH had back surgery 2 days before we got our BFP! Like I said, your body is pretty tough and good about dealing with stress. It's when we keep up those stressful situations without giving ourselves a way to de-stress that makes the difference. You never know. Maybe the crying session was your bodies way of releasing the stress. Lord, knows I've had quite a few of those in the 22 months to took us to get here.
I hope your 2ww goes fast and you get awesome news that makes you cry some happy tears!
