I don't think I've met anyone else (other than DH and his family) who loves nutritional yeast! I'm a big fan of it and sprinkle it on my oatmeal. I will have to try the recipe you posted.
I have no idea what's for dinner yet...we got back in from a road trip last night and will be helping our friends move today. Busy busy!

I eat it on everything. Seriously, so delicious.
My favorite breakfast is squirrelly bread with coconut oil and sprinkled with nutritional yeast. LO loves it too. The glory bowl is delicious. Once you try it, you will crave it all the time. I put the dressing on everything. Pasta, salad, tofu, popcorn... yum yum.
It's 7 AM now, so I guess I'm a little late, but tonight we had Lentil loaf last night. It was delicious! Sides were egg noodles and a side salad. It takes a little bit of prep time, but oh, so worth it!
Re: What's for dinner? Food inspiration needed.
I'm having a glory bowl tonight. Which is also my favorite meal. I seriously cannot get enough of nutritional yeast. Yummy.
This is my third night in a row of having it, so I really need some inspiration. When DH is out of town, I tend to get into dinner ruts.

Tonight we had Kielbasa w/ onions, periogies, and cauliflower.
Tomorrow is Macaroni and Cheese and salad
