Distracted baby

I'm not sure what's going on with DD but she isn't nursing like she was yesterday. She keeps coming off and looking around, smile at me, etc. She'll then go back on but for a few seconds then come off. How do I make her stay focused? She has never done this before.

you could also look into getting a "mommy necklace" they are safe for infants to play with and colorful so they attract a babys attention, I would suggest only wearing it when nursing to encourage baby to pay attention to whats going on
