Anybody switch PIO from ethyl oleate to sesame?

I am switching as I ran out of EO and all they have is sesame on hand.  They said it was thicker.  I am dreading this!  Any tips?!?!?

2006 start TTC

2007 Start w/ RE (Endo and MFI previous marriage)/ 2008 Vericocele surgery/3 clomid cycles
2009 Lap removed stage III endo/ 2 failed IUI/ Divorce

2011 Remarried
October 2011 Dx: Endo & DOR/ November 2011- clomid & TI cycle
January 2012 IVF~  Flare protocol 10 ER/ 9 mature fertilized with ICSI/ ET- 2 Grade A Blasts/ 4 frozen= BFN
Febuary 2012- -Endo Biopsy/  MTHFR diagnosis
March 8- FET 2 grade A blasts= BFP!!!!

November 2012-  Charles was born by emergency C-Section

Dealing with:
Stage III Endo/ DOR/ MTHFR two mutations C677T & A1298C

Currently TTC #2  FET planned January 2014

    The sesame is super thick.  I actually had a reaction to it after using it for 2 weeks and had to switch to olive oil.

    But, as for tips, run it under hot water for 5 minutes, or sit the oil in the syringe in hot water for 5 minutes before you inject.  The oil gets thinner as it gets warmer.

    I also draw it up into the syringe with a bigger needle, and switch to a smaller one for the injection.

    We always did sesame, so I'm not sure about the difference. DH put the syringe in the crook of his elbow to warm it. It went in pretty easily. 

    TTC in 2009, Dx: Unexplained IF
    Three TI cycles (BFP...miscarriage), five IUI attempts and 2.5 IVF cycles later...BFP!!

    Our perfect baby boys were born at 36w1d!!

    I had to switch and hated it :( I'm with PP. Warm it up somehow... under arm, between the thighs, something. And ice your booty. oh, and shoot it slooooow! GL
    Married '02, TTC May '05

    Dx -Ute cancer, DOR from cancer treatments, and embryo quality issues. NOV 2010 CANCER FREE
    2005-2011= 3 Rounds of Clomid, 5 IUI's, 3 IVF's- ALL BFN's
    After 7yrs TTC, 5yrs of ute cancer, and 11 failed IF treatments, we got a surprise BFP! So thankful!
