sand box/table

Hi mommas! I'm thinking of getting DS a sandbox/table for the summer. I was wondering if anyone had a recommendation.

Do you have a table, or a sandbox? Pros/cons of each? TIA

    We are looking into a box so she can actually sit in it...  A table doesn't sound as fun to me.

    Meh, two different things-I'm just wondering which one to get.

    Do you have a water table?  DD loves her water table.

    My niece has a water table, DS wasn't really into it. Maybe when he gets a little older. he was more interested in the sand.

    We have one of those plastic turtles from a rummage sale. Keeps sand in, DS loves it (on warm days...) Cheap entertainment.
