1st pregnancy u/s

I had my first pregnancy u/s. One sack with a white spot in the middle. Dr. said everything looks good.  Due date is 11/30. She also confirmed for me my thoughts that my left ovary is useless. Said the pain i've been having on my right side is because my right one is doing all the work to produce the hormones. With my medicated cycles with RE lefty never managed to produce a decent follie. Thank goodness for my right side!!!
