Anyone have any recommendations on boys size 5-6 inexpensive shoes that would work for the beach/water?
We are taking a vacation in June and there is a beach on the lake but Im not sure if the beach will be rocky at all so want to be prepared with shoes for him just in case that he can wear in the sand and go in the water with. Ive read crocs are not good for infants feet but if all else fails thinking I'll pick up a pair of those.
Re: Beach shoes?

I just got a pair of water shoes at Old Navy for about $15. They aren't going to be his every day sandals but I bought them for swim lessons and I think they'll serve their purpose.
I get the water socks from one step ahead espcially for the little ones just learning to walk. They are just like socks but they protect their feet.
I also like their water shoes if you want something more sturdy...but in my experience the socks work better for the younger toddlers that aren't quite sturdy on their feet yet..depends on how rocky the beach is.
