Making an offer on a house!! Good thoughts?
Sooo glad we passed up the house on the creek last week! Making an offer tonight on a house that we saw yesterday and love. It checks all of our boxes and then some and yet leaves room for personalization. They did a huge addition that has some incredible features, so I think they are testing the market a little with price, so we are definitely going low, but hoping we can come to terms. Hoping we aren't so low that they are insulted. We are a strong, non-contingent buyer who can close on their relocation time frame, so I'm hoping that works in our favor?!
Trying not to get my hopes too high I case it doesn't work out because we won't pay full price or really even close to it....
We'll take any good real estate juju you have to spare!
