i have noticed a huge difference down there with swollen labia.

Is this a problem to be concerned with?

Hormones! It can also change the color and smell as well. Most of these changes occur during the first tri, but I guess it can happen later on too.

My OB said it was normal. You have more blood flowing down there now.

I recently gave myself a brazillian (relied heavily on mirrors), and yes, I noticed the same thing... the landscape is certainly changing!
