Does anyone still use sleep aids to help LOs fall asleep at night? If you do, when do you think you will stop using them?
We have one of those sound/music projectors we use for ds and I am debating when to stop using it. I think it would help when we travel (mostly to visit family) we wouldn't have to worry about setting it up or even bringing it with us.
Just curious to what everyone else is doing. TIA
Re: Bedtime Sleep Aids?
We weaned off of one sleep aid last week, the pacifier! I've been debating not using the music but at the same time I like her having that noise as it drowns out other noises. We just use an iPod with classical music. She napped great with a shed being built right outside her window a few weeks ago.
So, I'm not sure...I'm torn!
We use to use a sound machine for DS and he also use to sleep with a pacifier. We took the pacifier away just before his first birthday. For Christmas he got Twinkle Twinkle Little Scout, and amongst other things that it does it plays 20 minutes of bedtime lullaby's, so we lay him in the crib and turn it on every night, it is small and can come with us when we go somewhere, I am not really sure he needs it though.
