Growing sunflowers and tomatoes

Not sure where else to post this. We planted one of those Buzzy growing kits about 2 weeks ago and they are about 3 inches tall, a crapload in each planter. What do I do next, I lost the instructions. It is about 45 at night here and 55 to 70 during the day and I do not have a garden.
