If you opened this post just lurking you better de-lurk and post your menu for the week damn it. This board is dead, and the lurkers need to come out and post more!
Anywho...I let my 5 year old help meal plan this week since he had a melt down last week about how I "never make anything he likes or chooses!!". So yeah, it's not very healthy, but whatever.
Last night: Hot dogs with all the fixin's to choose from, corn on the cob, salad, and fresh strawberries
Tonight: Taco night, spanish rice, guac and nachos, salad
Wednesday:Chicken sandwiches, green beans/or salad, and fresh fruit
Thursday: Quiche with sausage and spinach, bicuits, and fruit salad
Friday: BLT's with some veggies (haven't decided yet)
Saturday: Maybe take out, or left overs
Sunday: Eating at the IL's for SIL's birthday.
Re: Post your dinner menu for the week
Sunday - Country style pasta with sausage & broccoli (from Carmine's restaurant in NYC)
Mon - Parmesan tilapia, rice pilaf, & green beans
Tues - Chicken enchilada pasta
Wed - Thai orange beef skewers, coconut rice, & snow peas
Thurs - Swedish meatballs & egg noodles
Fri - burgers & sweet potato fries
this week actually has more beef than we usually do. The beef skewers are a new recipe so I hope my kids like them.
YAY!!! Thank you for actually replying! WTH is wrong with this board lately?? Please post more, I will too!
OK, I'll play (since we actually have a menu plan this week for a change).
Mon: balsamic chicken (crock pot recipe) over rice
Tues: pasta w/Italian sausage
Wed: flank steak
Thurs: chicken stir fry
Fri: pork tenderloin
Sat/Sun: TBD
well - you told me to post so I did

I think the mass FB exodus has taken its toll on the posting (I have my suspicions about its actual impact on the views/post though) and the board is in transition.
I have lurked/randomly posted for a long time. I'll try to post more.
I don't really have a plan. I have some meals in mind and if I follow thru on them is another story. It is a busy week.
Tonight: I defrosted pork chops. Not sure what I am going to do with them. Probably just bread them and bake. Serve with roasted potatoes.
Wednesday: pulled pork in slow cooker with rice and corn
Thursday: will be out
Friday: will be just me and the kids, so possibly chicken parm or just whatever is easy
Saturday: friends coming over...will get pizza
Not much inspiration from me, sorry. trying to find more slow cooker recipes that are easy. With the baby, it is hard to prepare and cook at dinnertime.
Last night: Santa Fe Chicken packets
tonight: blackbean patties with corn/avocado cream sauce
Wendesday: parmesan garlic chicken with whole wheat orzo and broccoli
Thursday: halibut with parmesan, sour cream, and dill sauce, and peas.
Friday: flatbread pizza
Saturday/Sunday we just kind of snack or maybe grill, nothing "planned".
Sunday - We had hamburgers on the grill
Monday - we had flip flop grilled chicken, potatoes, peas
Tonight - Stuffed porkchops, rice, and a veggie
Wednesday - hotdogs on the grill
Thursday - spare ribs in crockpot, salad and I don't know what other side yet
Friday - pizza night.

My plan is nothing- DH & DS are out of town visiting relatives for the next 8 days, so it's just me & 20month old DD. I have some leftovers in the freezer to pull out, and one night I'm going to grab a ready-made rotisserie chicken from the grocery store , but otherwise I have absolutely no plan for supper for the next week. It's kind of nice for a change
