I make the majority of his food, I do keep a couple jars for back up, especially fruits, since a lot of them aren't in season right now. He gets roughly 4oz a serving 2x a day.

DD eats about 14 oz of baby food each day--4 at breakfast, 2 at lunch, and 8 at dinner. She also has some finger food throughout the day (Cheerios, Mum Mums, toast, etc.). Yes, we've started meats.
We have failed in the babyfood eating department. I consider it a good food day if she gets 1 oz at breakfast and 2 oz down at dinner. Normally breakfast is a portion from a jar and dinner is from my freezer stash of food we have made.
He gets about 7 oz a day. 3 1/2 for lunch and 4 for dinner. He's not a huge eater, so I don't go crazy on the solids otherwise he stops taking his bottles.
We've tried a little meat, a little soft chicken -- he is digging the finger foods.
2oz at lunch and 2 at dinner. DD is not a big eater. I try but she does not like to eat a lot of food in one sitting. DD has not had meat yet. I am vegetarian but I am not raising DD veg. She can make that decision on her own if she wants to. When I introduce meat it will be all organic.

He eats mostly finger foods, unless he is at DC, then I send purees. He's a sample of his day's meal:
Breakfast: 1/2 banana and one small sugar free pancake
Lunch (at DC): 2oz veggie puree + 1 oz fruit puree (home made)
Dinner: 1/2 steamed carrot + a steamed apple slice + 2tbs cereal with 1 oz BM
I have given him some chicken but that didn't go well. He couldn't gum it well as it wasn't soft enough. I am going to start sending steamed veggies and bread and tofu cubes to DC, instead of purees, after I have tried them at home.
I have no idea! Today, she ate some yogurt mixed with applesauce in the morning, a banana, some toast (I think all of it went on the floor, she just wasn't into toast today!), and some steamed carrot strips for lunch, then some shredded chicken, cheese, and steamed carrot sticks for dinner. I have no idea on the amounts.
My kid is a little piggy! She usually eats somewhere between 6-10 oz per meal depending on the day, and usually 3 meals per day. If we try to not give her more, she cries until we do. She is good about telling us when she is full though, but I still plan to discuss it with the pedi next week, because after hearing what other people's LOs eat, it seems excessive!

My LO sounds like yours and is still tiny. I swear he has a hollow leg! Today he had roughly 1/2 cup of Cheerios and 1/4 cup apple chunks for breakfast, 1/2 cup pasta with shredded chicken and 1/4 cup diced squash for lunch, and a huge bun with ground beef for dinner. He also had some puffs in between for snack and nursed 5 times.
Not much pureed food is consumed here. We do lots of thoroughly cooked veggies, pasta, legumes, fruits, bread etc . Anything I eat. We do ground chicken.
We were giving DS about 2 servings a day 2 oz each of homemade baby food. he loved it, but my milk supply dropped very badly so we took him off of it for now. he's been back to just breastmilk on demand for the past month and doing just fine.
i think we'll go back to a little food here or there next month, when he's 8 turning 9 months.

We do about 3-4 oz. of puree, twice a day. Usually breakfast and dinner, but sometimes lunch and dinner instead. DD has been teething hardcore lately, which has really cut down on her willingness to let the spoon anywhere near her mouth. We've just started the occasional treat of puffs.
My pedi says no meat, dairy, or really any finger foods (we cheated) until 9 months. 2 more weeks to go...
On a typical day DD gets a serving of yobaby for breakfast with oatmeal or bites of a whole grain waffle or bread, lunch is a packet (happybaby or plum baby), and dinner is finger foods, including meats and cheeses. I was making my own puree's, but I find she likes the packets better, and loves finger foods best of all.
After 3 failed Clomid+TI cycles, DD was conceived with IUI#1
He eats what we eat (loosely BLW) so it's hard to measure. But it's a LOT, especially compared to what I'm reading on here. For breakfast it's usually a whole banana, a whole kiwi, and most of a piece of toast. Sometimes some greek yogurt too if I've got some on hand. Lunch is at daycare, she just serves him whatever the other kids are eating - a lunchmeat sandwich, raviolis, fruit, and crackers. Dinner is a protein (he can eat about 2-3 oz of whatever meat we're eating) and a veggie (a full adult serving usually). He's a tiny guy but can really eat like a linebacker!

I make her food and freeze it in ice cube trays (1 cube is a heaping tablespoon or so). She gets cereal and 1 fruit cube at breakfast. 2 cubes fruit and/or veggie at lunch and cereal and 2 veggies at dinner.
No meat here yet.
