Baby vicks on LO's feet?  My DD has a bit of a cold and a very stuffy nose.  She didnt sleep much last night and would only sleep if i was holding her upright on my chest.  Some friends recommended Baby Vicks on her feet. Has anyone tried it? Does it work?  Poor thing is miserable!

    I have never tried this myself, but I have heard from a few sources that it helps a lot. One of DH's sisters does this with her 2 kids and swears by it. It couldn't hurt, so I say try it and let us all know how it goes!

    When DS was sick and stuffy I did it with him; I also put some on his little chest.  It seemed to help him a bit.

    When DS was sick I did this and then put his feety pajamas on. When he was congested really bad I also put a little on his chest right before bed. That combined with the humidifier really did help a lot. Hope your LO feels better!

    My friend swears by this!  We did it when Nina had RSV.  I don't know if it worked or not b/c she was miserable regardless....  But I will do it for all her colds.

    We just did for the first time this week and DS is much less congested when he wakes up.  I would definitely give it a shot.

    2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
    TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!
    Surprise! 12/16/14 BFP, loss #2 12/31/14

    I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

    Our pedi suggested to put it on a washcloth near her face instead of on her skin. This will protect her skin, clothes and the crib sheet and she'll still get the benefits.

    TTC #2

    Clomid 50 mg + IUI#1  = BFP, m/c and D&C at 7w1d

    Clomid 50mg + IUI#2 = BFN

    Clomid 100mg + IUI#3 = BFN

    Lupron + Follistim + IVF#1 = 11ER, 10M, 10F, ET of 1 expanded BBA 5-day blast, 2 Frosties. BFP! Beta 10/13 = 264! Beta 10/15 = 702! EDD 6/21/14

    I put it on his chest, but not sure if it helped?  What did seem to help was the humidifier with the vicks solution in it...
