Re: Updates? Post them here!

  • DD is rolling over now and loves for us to hold her up on her feet.  She is such an EASY baby.  We know we have it made, but she is making it very hard on me to follow Dr's orders and wait 12 months to TTC.

  • DS is rolling over ! He was 13 lbs. 2 oz at his 4-month checkup. That is only 20th percentile but he was born at 20th percentile too.

Also I survived a week on my own. DH was in CA for a week. ?

  • My son is Super Advanced.  Oh yes, he is so far ahead that he has started his Terrible Twos early.  I am not sure who replaced my sweet little angel baby with this tantrum throwing toddler, but I demand my baby back.

All I have to say is that thank god babies do not come out as toddlers!  I am looking forward to a non mobile child.

  • We've had a bit of a rough weekend.  On Friday I started bleeding(not spotting) so I went to ER.  The Dr ordered an U/S and every thing looked good with peanut so he sent me home. The bleeding has continued but no cramping so I guess I'll just try not to worry for now.  Ohter than that, my M/S has gotten slightly better than the last 4 weeks but it is definately still there.
  • I'm coming up on 38 weeks, and have had a really uneventful pg, just a few minor scares.  BUT. As of about a week ago, I am so ready to evict him, I am getting so uncomfortable.  He can come any time as far as I'm concerned, I want to meet him!

  • I just passed my 3 hr glucose test on Friday and am super happy about that! I get to have an U/S on tuesday for growth since I am measuring a little big. I am trying not to worry about it and just be happy I get to see him again!
  • All good here, had my first ultrasound the other day, heard the heartbeat for the very first time .. WOW!  how amazing!  My husband was away on business so I brought my mom with me and she was incredibly amazed, they didn't do that when she was pregnant w/ me 36yrs ago ... so she's obviously told everyone in the world about it ... LOL..

  • I'm starting to get more and more uncomfortable, and I'm FINALLY getting closer to being emotionally ready to be someone's mother......I think! haha

  • Things are all good here.  Passed my 1 hour glucose test, which thrills me so much because I *hate* needles.  The thought of a 3 hour test is too much to bear!
  • I hit 10 weeks today and I feel eh. I think m/s is finally starting to get me, boo and hiss. Besides that my goal is to get past 10w4d. That was the last time I had a loss before the one in September. I keep saying 'I can make it; I can make it'

Our next appointment is Dec 2nd with the ob and the nst on the 11th. I can make it...

  • Nothing new here.  M/s still comes and goes and just figured out I have to eat VERY small portions with this kid or otherwise it's awful.  And the kid is trying to gestate in my throat -- I have had the worst heartburn with him.  DD was a total ham for this weekend's photo shoot.  The photog showed me some of the pics and I'm so excited to see them when she's done editing.

  • I just received the news last week that I have fully recovered from a small tear in the placenta and monkey's heartbeat was nice and strong, thank God! Now Im allowed to resume all my normal activities :)
  • I had, quite smugly, been happy about the fact that my only symptom was sore boobs. Sadly, I spent most of yesterday suffering from m/s. Was feeling fine today until a few minutes ago. Oh well.
  • Having a nice, quiet, uneventful 2nd tri.  Baby has been moving for 3 weeks now.  That's really the biggest news.  Like I said, uneventful, and I hope to keep it that way.
