your arms after pregnancy?

both of my upper arms have like little bumps on them. I use to have such smooth skin all over..but after pregnancy I have these little bumps.  Anybody else have this? any recommendations?

  • I got those, too. They seem to be clearing up, though. Not sure why/how...I don't think I've been doing anything differently!

  • I have some too. But not pregnancy related. Not sure from what. I notice differences depending in what kind of lotion I use.

  • Hormones - estrogen more specifically.  Amlactin lotion works pretty well.

  • Yes! I have always had them on my upper arms but it got worse during pregnancy and hasn't cleared up. I've tried everything and nothing seems to help so am going to go to a dermatologist to see what they can do.

  • I get these if I have too much dairy. Especially straight up milk or ice cream. Cheese/yogurt/butter I can tolerate.

It's something I've had my whole life, and is a very common sign of a casein or gluten allergy. Oddly enough it actually got better during pregnancy despite eating more dairy.
