Continual Spotting??!

I've been having continuous brown spotting (like, evidence every time I go to the restroom- which is a lot!) for the past six days and am concerned. I went to the doctor for it the first day, as it scared the living daylights out of me, and he said everything was fine except for a minor yeast infection that he gave me meds for. The meds are done but I am still spotting continually! Is this okay?! I am so tired of the worry!

    How far long are you?  Maybe it's just the yeast infection with the meds you are on......are you on any type of medication?

    If it's really freaking you out, call your OB and ask. It could be from the yeast infection, and they will be able to tell you that over the phone.  If there is any concern, they will have you come in to be checked. I just had some brown spotting last week and I freaked out. I think it's better to have it checked out, and have peace of mind, than to stress out about it.

    I'm 7 weeks today! The medicine was topical and to be squirted "up there" for 3 days (the last day for application was Saturday). Thank you for answering!!!

    I spotted almost non stop from week 5-7 (ranging from brown to light pink) .. dr said its totally normal, some women have more sensitive cervix's, @ 7.5 weeks we heard a heartbeat and everything looked good .... just take it easy, drink lots of water, and try to remember that its normal! :)

    I have had daily brown spotting for 2 weeks now, and everything is fine so far. We have seen the heartbeat and hormone levels are great. So, while it's very scary and worrisome, it's not necessarily a bad thing. Good luck!

    I have had continual brown spotting since Friday and I was terrified but when I went to the doctor on Monday he said brown is fine it's just old blood. I had an ultrasound and saw the baby and heartbeat so that was good enough for me. Just take it easy and eventually it will pass. As long as there isn't any red blood you shouldn't worry. I jumped up to the 2nd trimester and asked those ladies if any of them had it and a lot of them had it too for periods of time.

    Are you having any cramping? If not, this is totally normal. If you are having cramping at the same time as spotting, then go back to the doctor. If you see red blood and are cramping, go to the ER.
