What do you think re: Beta #2

It almost doubled, but not quite.  

9dp5dt was 328

11dp5dt was 650

They offered me another beta on Friday if I want one.  Would you?  Should I worry that they didn't quite double? 

dx'd with severe endo and poor egg quality 3 IUIs were all BFN IVF #1 = c/p IVF #2 = BFN IVF #3 = beautiful baby girl born 2/2011; 8/2011 Surprise BFP - natural m/c at 8w; TTC #2 2011-2012; 2 IUIs = BFN; IVF #1 = BFP 9dp5dt beta = 328; 11dp5dt = 650; 13dp5dt = 1114; 18dp5dt = 4747 BabyFetus Ticker

    I think it's fine hun. but you could always do another just to ease your mind!

    If you check my siggie, you will see that my second did not quite double, too. My RE rather insisted I do a third one. It all worked out fine... I hope yours does too!

    IVF #1 ET 1 d3 embryo 10/30/11 BFP
    3 Embryos frozen (1 d5, 2 d6)

    DS born 07/29/12

    FET #1 ET 1 d5 embryo 02/10/15 BFN

    FET #2 1 d6 embryo didn't survive thaw, transferred last d6. CP :(

    I would do the third beta just for peace of mind, but I think your numbers sound fine.  GL!
    4/08 BFP resulted in m/c
    8/08 BFP resulted in m/c
    3/09 Polyp removed and dx MTHFR (both copies)
    6 Clomid cycles, all BFN
    5/09 IUI#1 with Clomid=BFN
    6/09 IUI#2 with Clomid=BFN
    8/09 IUI#3 with Clomid=BFN
    IVF#1 = BFN
    IVF#2 = BFN
    IVF#3 ET 2 Grade A blasts 11/16/11
    Beta #1: 485
    Beta #2: 2,495

    If it's going to ease your mind I'd definitely do it.  I think it's looking good though!

    My first and second Beta's didn't quite double either with this pregnancy and I'm pregnant with twins.   I think your numbers look great.

    Technically they're looking for at least a 67% increase in 48 hours, and you're well within that...peace of mind, if you want it, but I don't think it's necessary.

    I think it's fine but I would always opt for more betas for my own sanity.

    Mine didn't exactly double within 48 hours, and everything's fine so far!   I was nervous about it but the doubling time is 48-72 hours.
