GRRRRR....Am I being unreasonable?

DH thinks I'm being unreasonable.  We are "going to discuss it tonight." Yeah, I can't wait.  We have tickets to the Big 12 Championship game.  DS will be almost 6 weeks old.  I told DH when we bought the tickets that I wanted to take DS with us.  My sis lives in KC and she wanted to baysit during the game.  I was ok to leave him for a few hours during the game but I wasn't ready to leave him the whole weekend.  At the time he agreed.  He was also fine that if we took DS we would get a hotel.  Now he thinks I'm ridiculous for wanting to take DS. Also he wants to stay with his friend. I'm not comfortable staying with his friend with my very fussy newborn. Not to mention, DH doesn't even know where his friend his living. The last I knew he was living with his GF. They have since broken up. I think. DH doesn't ask.  Apparently being male means you don't inquire about your friends personal lives. Am I ridiculous for wanting to take DS and not stay with DH's friend. 

I'm also pissed because I was looking forward to the last season re-runs of Gilmore Girls.  The stupid pilot is on.  I've seen this one a thousand times.  GRRRR!

    1. You're not being unreasonable to want to take your DC, especially since you have babysitting lined up.

    2. Get a hotel room.

    No, that is what you agreed upon before.  Your DH is being unreasonable.

    Nope - Not unreasonable at all.  I can't imagine having to worry about where you will sleep at the last minute, plus the stress of traveling with a newborn. Guys can be so ridiculous about details. 

    And Go Horns or Go Red Raiders!
