Underwear: What sizes comes after 4T?

Hi ladies,

I think my little guy is ready to move up from 4T underwear, but I am not finding 5T. Any ideas? Thanks!!

    For females after 4T begins Girls 4-7.  I think it would be the same for males. You're no longer shopping in the baby/toddler section, Momma!

    This, some brands start with childrens XS or small.

    kids XS, sometimes you can find XXS

    I've bought girls tights for DD that are XS girls
