ETA: I should add that my son has given me a huge complex. He refuses anything I've ever made for him. I've offered him many spices in numerous foods, but nothing!
tons! we try to take it easy on the salt and super spicy stuff, but I flavor her food a lot with different dried herbs, chili powder, paprika, garlic, onion, cumin, etc.
I'm a bad momma I stopped worrying about it and keeping track a month ago with the exception being spicy food but I did give her the stuffing from a Mexican style stuffed pepper I made the other night and she devoured it for dinner and again for lunch the next day.

Oh my gosh, lots--cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, cumin, basil, rosemary, thyme, oregano, black pepper....I'm sure I'm forgetting some!
All this, plus garlic, cilantro and hot pepper flakes- I've even found red pepper flakes in DD's diaper. Oh, and chili powder. We eat and cook spicy, and she loves it! The only things I watch are salt and sugar.
None at all... The info his pedi gave said not to use any until after 1 year so I haven't.
Thats funny because at LO's 9 month appt her pedi said that maybe her food was too bland and boring and that's why she wasn't eating much. She said use stronger flavors. She's Indian so she was giving us curry as an example.
It always amuses me the differences in different pedis.

I know what you mean. I think the seasoning his pedi really wants us to avoid is salt and sugar. I was practically raised on mcdonalds and hotdogs and still eat a lot of crap, so I'd love for LO to have a different idea of what real food is. I'll avoid salt/sugar and hope that helps, other spices I'm not too worried about.
Re: what spices/seasonings has LO had?
Just cinnamon here as well.

same here, but I don't generally use a lot of spices to begin with...
