The boys are doing fine, in NICU now. Baby A was 3lb 13oz, 17 inches. Baby B was 3 lbs 6oz, 16 inches. I'll post a birth story later. the problem is we don't have names!!!!!

We decided on one, Harrison Thomas is Baby A.

Baby B is our scrappy fighter, so I feel like he needs an Irish name (I'm only 2nd gen american, 50% Irish). Our last name sounds like Altman. MN is set to be Gregory.

and obviously I'm not just going to let the nest decide, I just need another opinion I guess. The whole past few days are surreal. Even after the c-sec I still wasn't feeling like, oh yeah, I just had two babies. It didn't get real until I finally got to see them this morning. and even now I don't think I wrapped my head around it.

i was glad to see your story. saw my doc today after a growth scan and i may need to deliver as early as 32 weeks. speaking of surreal....i freaked out! but i am wrapping my head around the idea. i am glad to hear your babies are doing well:) congrats!!!!

Congrats mama! I voted for Colin. I don't think it really sunk in for me that I actually had twins until they were home. The first few days, definitely surreal. I hope they have a quick and easy NICU stay.

Thank you! As much as I've always wanted to use Declan for a son, Colin kept coming out when I talk to him in the NICU. And his light hair fit Colin better (although I'm sure that hair will change and come and go!)
