My sweet husband said he would do the diaper laundry for me to help out. I wrote out the instructions and the look on his face made me LOL. I guess I'm going to have to help him this time, but he says next time he will do it on his own.
Anyone else's hubbys perplexed with the complexity of Diaper laundry? LOL.
I think he is actually very capable of doing it on his own, but is using the scary instructions as an excuse.
Re: DH and CD laundry
DH has helped out with CD laundry twice in a year. He gets very overwhelmed by laundry. I really should put some instructions about the washer though, so he can help out more since he'll be off all summer with DD.

I don't let him near them with a 10 foot pole!!
If he wants to help, there is plenty of other laundry to be done that also has to get folded.
This made me LOL. I'll ask DH once in a while to start the next wash cycle, but that's about it. I'm way too much of a control freak.
You have to simplify the instructions for them. So what if it's not exactly your perfect routine. You'll fix it next time.
Cold Wash, Hot Wash, Extra Rinse, Specify the detergent (Actually I label the detergent with a black Sharpie "DIapers"). And I just banned dryer sheets from the house entirely. MIL kept tryign to throw them in.
