Had a great 1st OB appt! Right on track with Dr. Luke's book

I saw my OB for the first time today (I was with the RE before this week). I was nervous that he wouldn't think about a twin pregnancy quite the way I do (and Dr. Luke's book, which I love)... This is the doc that I saw most during my last pg and DH and I LOVE him so we would never want to switch...

But he's right on target with what we feel for this pg and what Dr. Luke's book says! He's going to get me a handicapped parking sticker around 20w if I need it (my job requires me to visit doctors all day long, parking, walking, etc)... .and says I'll probably go out around 24-26w from work.

He said to gain about 40lbs... and that I can have a c/s (since i tore so badly last time). He also wants me to see a Peri on a regular basis as well.

We got to see the babies again- little curved blobs still... can't wait until our 12w scan!

I'm just so glad we finally saw him and have some sort of plan and know what to expect from him this time around.

AND- he told me i could take Advil (until about 18w) if needed for migraines--- once I got home I took 3 and it FINALLY got rid of this 2 day long migraine I've been having!! Heaven!!!

aww I feel you on the migraine front for sure! And thats great that your Dr. is taking your twin pg so seriously mine is the same way it would make me so nervous if they treated it like a singleton because just like theres double babies! Theres also double the things that could go wrong! : ) GL and H&H 9 months!
