As some of you may know-all I am currently at my moms..not sure what's for dinner...she's thawing chicken...it could be anything lol. Yesterday we...actually I..helped

make sopes out of scratch. I started the cooking before she got home..and would like to do the same today..give me ideas? What are you having for dinner tonight?

all from scratch..I'm trying to pick up some new skills while I'm here lol. DH would love that!

sopes sound yummy! I havent had those in a looong time. I try not to make things to Mexican, last time I made Mole dh didnt like it. So I said never again

what I did was start the chicken..I seasoned it and threw it in the oven. I'm also thinking enchiladas. And tinga is soooo good! I love my moms! Lol you're good

I made it once, but I'm sure it wasn't as good as your mom's!
