sticky part from a sticker stuck on shirt after going through washing machine

any ideas how to get rid of A LOT of the sticky part of a sticker that is all over my daughter's favorite shirt?  i washed it without realizing the sticker was still stuck on...

    I did the same thing and also do not know how to get it off!
