Solution for sore fingers/knuckles?

My hands have been sore for quite a while. It started first with my thumb joint on one hand but now every joint on all fingers hurts.

Night time is the worst, they hurt so bad! during the day they hurt less but i can still feel the pain all day long.

My MW said it was due to swelling in my hands but they dont seem to be that swollen, although i have had to stop wearing my rings.

Anyone else have this? Any suggestions?

    I would run this by a medical doctor. My sister came down with a bad cold/infection and developed arthritis in some places subsequently. Sounds weird, I know, but you just never know what our bodies do. Worth asking a dr for his/her opinion to make sure it really is just fluid swelling.
